To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online health questionnaire honestly and in full. We reserve the right to decline a request for treatment if our clinical team determines it is not appropriate for you based on your medical history or responses provided.

All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team and are not guaranteed. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may endanger your health and is grounds for immediate termination of your account.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the prescription. We do not accept prescriptions issued by third parties. Prescription treatments will only be dispensed by our GPhC registered pharmacy.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
Payment is processed securely. We do not store your full card details. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability, but we aim to deliver to all UK mainland addresses promptly. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery information provided by you. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and the order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or process refunds, in accordance with UK regulations on the return of prescription medicines.
Non-prescription products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at the details provided on our website. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
